The Louvain
The Louvain stable range is designed with maximum durability in mind and finished to a very high specification, including high quality steel hot dip galvanised finish after fabrication, tongued & grooved environmentally friendly plastic lumber impermeable sides and top quality galvanised fittings and components.
The Louvain uses a recycled plastic lumber for the tongued and grooved planks which make up the solid sections of the stable sides and doors. This is an environmentally friendly recycled plastic based compound that offers maximum strength and durability. The main advantages of the plastic lumber are that it does not shrink, crack, splinter or warp.
The plastic lumber solution means enhanced life span of the product as it is virtually indestructible against the typical horse habits and protects your animals against any type of pest which may be contained in traditional wooden or brick construction. It is also maintenance free once these stables have been put in place there is no painting or annual maintenance required. Stables can also be completely sterilised as the plastic lumber is completely impermeable.

The Louvain also puts safety and functionality first with its easy-to-use secure door locking mechanism, swivel feed pot and modular design means that you can locate the door wherever best suits your individual needs. Also the modular design means that you decide on the size and format of your stables. The side sections come in full height plastic lumber, which is two sets of the bottom section one-on-top of the other for maximum strength, or bottom half plastic lumber with a galvanised grill top section. The modular design means you can choose one or the other or even mix the two styles.
